Nonprofit plans affordable housing units next to Rodarte Community Center in north Greeley
178 units planned in 4 phases for former produce buildings
A nonprofit developer is in the early stages of bringing more than 175 affordable housing units to north Greeley with new construction and by renovating and repurposing three former produce assembly and storage buildings next to the Rodarte Community Center.
During a Jan. 10 meeting of the Planning Commission, Jodi Hartmann, executive director of High Plains Housing Development Corp., told commissioners a variety of affordable housing options are in the planning stages, with at least $56 million in infrastructure investment expected.
